FuturMaster, a French software editor with an international presence, has been assisting its clientsin improving their Supply Chain performance for over twenty years. Our teams work with prestigious clients in various industries such as luxury, cosmetics,agro-food, distribution, and more. As a leader in our field, we are currently strengthening our teams to meet our rapid growth and support our transformation projects. We are seeking an Entry-level Application Support Consultant for our headquarters in Boulogne-Billancourt (92).
The Role
After a comprehensive training and integration program, you will join our Support team, consisting of 5 people, and report directly to the team leader. You will work closely with our client users to identify and resolve any difficulties they encounter. Customer support is a collaborative effort that requires various technical and functional skills. When complex or critical incidents arise, you will be the point of contact for the client. You may involve our Support experts as well as other departments (Software Development, Optimization Unit, Consulting, etc.) based on the required expertise.
As an Application Support Consultant, your role will be to quickly understand the client user's business process. This will enable you to diagnose the problem (technical bug or user error) and mobilize the appropriate skills to resolve it within the conditions of the Support contract.
Through TMA (Third-Party Maintenance and Application Support) contracts, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills and provide broader assistance to the client in their use of the solution. This may include functional support in software usage, solution evolution (configuration, creation of new screens, new reports, and simple specific developments, etc.). Our TMA offering is rapidly expanding, and you will often be involved in broader tasks beyond traditional software support.
Within our SAAS offering, you will be responsible for maintaining the operational condition of the production means related to our clients' solutions, according to the defined quality of service.
Ideal Candidate
- Graduate of an engineering school or university-level higher education (Bachelor's + Master's degree) in computer science or logistics, with some prior experience (or study internships) in the field of Supply Chain.
- Ideally, you have previous experience with an Advanced Planning System (APS).
- Proficiency in English is essential for working with our colleagues based in Europe and Asia.
